CANCELLATION POLICY
Head Spa Booking Policies Please review our policies before booking to ensure the best experience for all guests. Arrival Time Please arrive 5–10 minutes early so your service can begin on time. • 10 minutes late: service may be adjusted • 15+ minutes late: appointment may be rescheduled and treated as a cancellation Late arrivals may still be responsible for the full service fee. Cancellation Policy We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged 25% of the scheduled service. No-Show Policy Guests who do not show up for their appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Multiple no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings. Detangling Policy Please arrive with hair that is reasonably detangled. Hair requiring additional detangling may incur a detangling fee starting at $15, depending on the level of tangling. Add-On Services Add-ons must be selected when booking to ensure enough time is reserved. Available add-ons include: • Blowout • Extended Detangling Relaxation Environment Our head spa is designed to be a calm, relaxing space. Please keep phones on silent during your service.
